McMahon Veltus, S.C. has remained open for business and will continue to provide all of our familiar accounting services for as long as we are allowed to do so. However, in an effort to maintain the health and safety of both clients and staff members, we would like to limit any unnecessary physical contact.
If you need to drop off tax or other paperwork and can do so without a face-to-face meeting, we would greatly appreciate it. Simply bring your documents in a labeled envelope and leave them at the reception desk at any of our three locations. We are more than happy to schedule phone meetings and communicate by email to accommodate any discussions that are necessary. Some of you may prefer to mail or email your paperwork to us. This is also very helpful in preventing unneeded contact.
Because this unusual situation has made it more difficult for some to gather paperwork, Congress has automatically extended the April 15th, 2020 filing and payment deadlines to July 15th, 2020. If you are able to provide tax documents before then, it is greatly appreciated, as we would like to avoid pushing the tax season out further than necessary.
